It became the group’s first album to have more than two singles reach the Top Ten. As of September 2017, the record has achieved sales of over 675,000 units in the United Kingdom alone. The Glory Days album is the first by the group to reach Number One on the UK Albums Chart. With sales in the first week of 90,000 in the United Kingdom, it became the fastest-selling album since Blackstar, the last record by the legendary David Bowie in January 2016. However, the record was broken by The Rolling Stones just two weeks later.
Glory Days has also topped the chart in Ireland and Scotland. In Australia, it debuted at number two on the ARIA Chart.
